Product Terms and Conditions The Discovery Adventure ATV Tour A maximum of 2 people can legally ride on a quad at one time. All riders, including the driver are required to wear a helmet at all times. If there is only one person on the quad (i.e. the driver) that person must also wear a reflective sash. If there are 2 people on the quad, the passenger is required to wear a reflective sash in addition to the helmet. Helmets and reflective sashes are not required in Side by Sides, however, seatbelts are required by law in Side by Side vehicles. People who wish to drive the ATV must have a driver's license, whether it is a motorcycle, car or driving license, regardless of the country they are visiting us from. People who are pregnant or have recently undergone surgery (less than 6 months) are not allowed to take the tour. Also people with back, knee or leg problems are not recommended to take the tour. People under the influence of alcohol or any other drug are not allowed to take the tour. Any damage caused to the ATV must be paid for by the responsible party. Maximum weight per ATV: 310 POUNDS Minimum age: 6 years old
